Teenager Charged With Killing His Family

A teenage boy shot his parents and two sisters to death, then drove to West Virginia, where he was taken into custody after a traffic stop, police said.

The parents and children were found dead in their home Friday morning. Steven Pannebaker, 16, was apprehended later in West Virginia, about 400 miles from the home in Maze, Pa. He was charged with four counts of homicide.

Authorities identified the victims as Mark Pannebaker, 37; his wife, Marcella, 35; and sisters Ellena, 13, and Amanda, 10.
