Last week the State Department renewed its ongoing "worldwide caution." It advised traveling Americans to "remain vigilant during the upcoming summer season" and said that the government has "credible indications" that terrorist actions, including suicide operations, may be imminent against what it called "U.S. interests." The statement did not specify a place or time for the possible attacks.... Are you a 20-something longing for a high-seas adventure? You have only until July 10 to apply for the 15th annual Ship for World Youth travel program, which will take 255 people between 20 and 30 on a cultural-exchange cruise from late October to early December.
