A Oaxacan Dish for Vegetarians

Guelaguetza restaurant on the Westside keeps vegetarians in mind with several meatless dishes, including a Oaxacan-style tamal that combines vegetables--potatoes, carrots, peas and squash--with sweet coloradito mole sauce. The large, flat tamal comes wrapped in banana leaves.
