THE WEEK AHEAD / Los Angeles Clippers

November 17, 2002|Elliott Teaford

Monday at Golden State, 7:30 p.m. -- The Clippers play their fourth game in five nights. Advantage: Warriors.

Wednesday vs. Sacramento, 7:30 p.m. -- This is the Kings' first visit to Staples Center since Doug Christie tangled with Laker Rick Fox in an exhibition game. The Kings hate the Lakers so much they're likely to take it out on the Clippers.

Friday at Denver, 7:30 p.m. PST, ESPN -- Here's a road game the Clippers should be favored to win. Will they? There's not much to like on the Nugget roster, and less to fear for visiting teams at the Pepsi Center.

Sunday vs. Houston, 12:30 p.m., Telemundo -- Yao Ming faces Wang Zhizhi in a matchup of Chinese imports. Yao has been less than impressive and Wang has rarely gotten off the bench.
