Update--Dodger third baseman Adrian Beltre is batting .326 with 12 homers and 38 RBIs since the All-Star break--10 doubles, three triples, eight homers, 29 RBIs and 28 runs in his last 36 games. He also has made only two errors in 57 games. Nomo has been the staff ace since mid-May, 11-1 with a 3.12 ERA in his last 21 starts, 17 of which have resulted in Dodger victories. Saarloos, the Astros' rookie right-hander, is a former Cal State Fullerton pitcher who was a huge Dodger fan while growing up in Southern California.
