Sean Combs, better known as rap star P. Diddy, will make his Broadway acting debut this season in a revival of "A Raisin in the Sun," Lorraine Hansberry's drama about a black family moving into an all-white Chicago neighborhood. The production, to be directed by Kenny Leon, is tentatively scheduled to open in mid-April, according to producer David Binder. Binder said he contacted Combs after a mutual acquaintance suggested Combs "was interested in doing serious, challenging work in the theater." Combs, who has appeared in the movies "Made" and "Monster's Ball," has no stage experience.
