Actor Pleads Not Guilty to Harassing Ex-Madam

Actor Tom Sizemore pleaded not guilty Friday to charges that he harassed and threatened his ex-fiancee, onetime "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss.

Sizemore, 41, was served with a court order barring him from having any contact with Fleiss, who is a witness in an unrelated domestic violence case against the actor, officials said.

Last month, Sizemore was charged with 16 misdemeanor counts, including domestic violence, intimidation of a witness, vandalism and making obscene phone calls.
