Buyer seminar: The Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles will host a free educational seminar for first-time buyers from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, 5210 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood. Designated neighborhoods that qualify for CRA home improvement grants, matching-fund programs and low-interest loans will be discussed.
