Final top 10 rankings of girls' swim teams in the Southland:

1. IRVINE (SS-Div. I)

Won its seventh consecutive Division I title with victories in three individual events and all three relay races.

2. NEWPORT HARBOR (SS-Div. I)

Hayley Peirsol's surprise victories in the 200 and 500 freestyles and Nicole Mackey's victory in the individual medley helped it finish second in Division I.

3. SANTA MARGARITA (SS-Div. I)

Finished third in Division I with second-place points from Erika Figge in 50 freestyle and third-place points in medley, 200 freestyle relays.

4. VILLA PARK (SS-Div. I)

Won CIF Relays in March but didn't perform up to expectations in Division I final, save for Ashley De Paul's victory in butterfly and team's second-place finish in medley relay.

5. HARVARD-WESTLAKE (SS-Div. I)

Sophomore Alexa Merz finished third in 50 and 100 freestyles and anchored 200 freestyle relay team to fourth-place finish to lift Wolverines into fifth in Division I.

6. SANTA BARBARA (SS-Div. I)

Lisa Falzone capped her career with second-place finish in 100 freestyle, a fifth in 50 freestyle and leadoff leg for second-place 200 freestyle relay that helped Dons finish sixth in Division I.

7. LONG BEACH WILSON (SS-Div. I)

Jessica Hardy was second in breaststroke and fourth in 100 freestyle to help the Bruins place seventh in Division I.

8. MISSION VIEJO (SS-Div. I)

Nicolette Teo won the breaststroke, finished fourth in the individual medley and anchored the 400 freestyle relay team to fourth place as Diablos finished eighth in Division I.

9. BUENA (SS-Div. I)

Leanne Dumais earned big points by winning the diving competition and Dayle Petty scored important points in the 50 freestyle and butterfly to help Buena finish ninth in Division I.

10. SAN CLEMENTE (SS-Div. I)

Put together a strong medley relay team that finished fifth and 400 freestyle relay that finished sixth, lifting Tritons to 10th in Division I.
