* Two former Kmart Corp. vice presidents in Detroit pleaded not guilty to federal fraud charges that they overstated revenue. Enio Montini and Joseph Hofmeister were indicted on securities fraud and conspiracy charges Feb. 26 in the first criminal case stemming from the retailer's bankruptcy filing.

* General Dynamics Corp., the maker of Gulfstream business jets, said it may cut as many as 1,000 jobs within a year as deliveries decline.

* Northrop Grumman Corp. Chairman Kent Kresa was nominated to the board of Aliso Viejo-based Fluor Corp.

* Veritas Software Corp. of Mountain View, Calif., erased an additional $2.9 million from 2000 sales because it found two more barter deals that were incorrectly booked.
