One of the most popular events of the year at this track will be held for the eighth time on Saturday.

The Wiener Nationals, featuring 64 dachshunds, will compete in a series of 50-yard races before the card begins at 6:30 p.m. The eight fastest runners will compete in the final with $1,000 going to the winning owner.

On tonight's card, Emanuele Toll will try to bounce back in the eighth from a subpar performance in her last race.
