India will resume a popular bus service to Pakistan and release more 130 Pakistani prisoners, initiatives aimed at resuming dialogue between the nuclear rivals after a two-year break.

Pakistan's information minister welcomed the moves and called for talks, including on the issue of Kashmir, a divided region claimed by both nations.
