Re "Israelis Faulted for Response to Riots," Sept. 2: It is a testament to Israel that it not only appointed a panel to look into possible misconduct by Israeli police against Israeli Arabs but that it actually found wrongdoing. Let me ask this question: Has the Palestinian Authority ever conducted an inquiry into the actions of Palestinian police, soldiers or citizens against Israelis? I didn't think so.
