Can I drop my absentee ballot off at any polling place on Election Day instead of mailing it?

Absentee voters can deliver ballots directly to any polling place within their county, or to their local county elections office, on Election Day. But an absentee voter who wants to cast a regular ballot at a polling place, instead of sending in the absentee ballot, must do so at the assigned polling place.
