Prosecutors claimed that former Enron Corp. Chief Executive Jeffrey K. Skilling broke the terms of his $5-million bond during a bizarre alcohol-fueled fracas in New York this month.
The court filing says Skilling's blood alcohol level was 0.19 -- more than twice the legal limit for driving in most U.S. states -- when police sent him to the hospital at 4 a.m. April 9. He was not said to have driven while under the influence.
