PeopleSoft Inc. said it would hold its annual shareholder meeting March 25, an event analysts believe could lead to the resolution of the business software maker's fight against a takeover bid by Oracle Corp.
PeopleSoft said four board members had been renominated to continue serving until 2007. They will be up against four nominees named by Oracle.
