I) Cougars had outstanding freshman of their own in Sade Williams. 5 ARROYO GRANDE (SS-Div. I) State shotput champion Megan Howard led strong group of throwers. 6 BISHOP AMAT (SS-Div. III) Double-state sprint champion Jasmine Baldwin was find of season. 7 MURRIETA VALLEY (SS-Div. I) Liza Pasciuto won Division I titles in 1,600 and 3,200 meters. 8 GARDENA (City) Panthers won first City title since 1994. 9 CANYON COUNTRY CANYON (SS-Div. I) Alysia Johnson and Alisha Thompson led Cowboys. 10 SERRA (SS-Div. IV) Cavaliers peaked well at end of season.
