3,000 want to dance as 'Billy'

More than 3,000 boys have auditioned for the title role in "Billy Elliot -- The Musical," which is now scheduled for an opening on March 11 in London. Elton John wrote the score for the musical, which has been adapted from the movie about a boy dancer.

The movie's writer, Lee Hall, and director, Stephen Daldry, are repeating their duties for the stage production.
