Two 16-year-old boys who authorities said burned a cross at the home of a black minister have turned themselves in.
A relative of the unidentified boys brought them to the police station Saturday afternoon, hours before a candlelight vigil and march organized by the community about 40 miles north of Seattle, City Administrator Kristin Banfield said.
