* Saturday, vs. Oklahoma State, 12:30 p.m., Channel 7 The Bruins will be looking for their first victory since Oct. 25, 2003. Coach Karl Dorrell lost his UCLA debut last season at Colorado, 16-14, ending a five-game winning streak in season-opening games for the Bruins.

* Sept. 11, at Illinois, 9 a.m. PDT, Channel 7 The Bruins hung on to defeat the Fighting Illini last season at the Rose Bowl, 6-3. UCLA has not lost to Illinois since 1964 and has won three in a row in the series. Dorrell caught two touchdown passes in UCLA's 45-9 victory over Illinois in the 1984 Rose Bowl game.

* Sept. 18, at Washington, 4 p.m., Channel 7 UCLA's most impressive victory last season was a 46-16 rout of the Huskies at the Rose Bowl. The Bruins have won their last three against Washington.

* Oct. 2, San Diego State, time and TV TBA The Bruins broke open a tight game with 17 second-half points in a 20-10 victory over the Aztecs last season. UCLA is 18-0-1 all-time against San Diego State and has won the last 16 meetings.

* Oct. 9, Arizona, time and TV TBA UCLA scored two second-half touchdowns and defeated the Wildcats last season, 24-21. The Bruins have a three-game winning streak against Arizona, which hasn't defeated UCLA since 1999.

* Oct. 16, at California, time and TV TBA UCLA earned a tough 23-20 overtime victory over the Bears last season on a 41-yard field goal by Justin Medlock. UCLA has not won in Berkeley since 1998, but the Bruins have a 47-26-1 edge overall.

* Oct. 23, at Arizona State, time and TV TBA The Bruins' last victory was against the Sun Devils. Maurice Drew rushed for 180 yards, including an 83-yard touchdown, in UCLA's 20-13 win at the Rose Bowl.

* Oct. 30, Stanford, time and TV TBA A year ago, UCLA's late-season slide began with a 21-14 loss at Stanford, which ended a five-game winning streak for the Bruins. UCLA has won three in a row over Stanford at the Rose Bowl.

* Nov. 6, Washington State, time and TV TBA The Cougars took advantage of three interceptions and defeated the Bruins last season, 31-13. UCLA has lost three consecutive games to Washington State and has not defeated the Cougars at the Rose Bowl since 1998.

* Nov. 13, at Oregon, time and TV TBA The Ducks have won four straight over UCLA, including a 31-13 decision at the Rose Bowl last season. Oregon has not lost at home against the Bruins since 1997.

* Dec. 4, USC, 1:30 p.m., Channel 7 The Bruins have lost five consecutive games to their cross-town rival and have not defeated USC at the Rose Bowl since 1998. The Trojans pounded UCLA last season at the Coliseum, 47-22.
