Re "Just the Facts of Life Now," Column One, April 23: God-fearing people can only pray for the thousands upon thousands of porn actors, producers, directors and purveyors who prostitute themselves for a depraved product that corrupts them and others, causing the loss of their immortal souls for a very brief earthly gain.
Missing from the article was recognition of pornography addiction that ruins lives, families and communities. Also missing were stories of the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual illnesses suffered by those involved in the porno trade. History tells us that the widespread availability of pornography was a symptom of past degrading civilizations. Do we need studies to confirm this?
