FRISCO, Texas — Ramon Nunez scored the first goal of his MLS career in the 67th minute to help FC Dallas tie Chivas USA, 2-2, on Saturday night.
Chivas (3-17-5) picked up only its third point of the season on the road in 13 games, while the tie extended Dallas' club-record winless streak to eight games.
Nunez scored an unassisted goal when he intercepted Ezra Hendrickson's attempt to clear and scored from the top of the penalty area.
Chivas goalie Brad Guzan helped preserve the tie by making a diving save on Carlos Ruiz's free kick in the 91st minute. Guzan finished the game with five saves.
