Toyota Builds Prius in China in Joint Venture

Toyota Motor Corp. said its joint venture with China's biggest automaker began production of Toyota's Prius hybrid cars in China.

The joint venture, Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., is the first time the model has been produced outside Japan.
