Soul sake on ice

Cold sake is the hottest drink in town, and those who order the $50-plus bottles know that premium, or daiginjo, sakes are best drunk slightly chilled. At downtown's R-23 restaurant, cold sake is served from an avant-garde decanter that has a bulb-shaped aperture on one side for ice. Available in tinted blue, green or violet glass with matching cups.
