Tenet Healthcare Corp. has completed the $70-million sale of four hospitals to a Southern California investment group.
The sale gives Integrated Healthcare Holdings Inc. the 280-bed Western Medical Center Santa Ana, the 188-bed Western Medical Center Anaheim, the 114-bed Chapman Medical Center in Orange and the 178-bed Coastal Communities Hospital in Santa Ana.
