A Ford Explorer jumped a curb and plowed into a bench at a Las Vegas bus stop, killing four people and scattering bodies, broken glass and schoolbooks.
Police said the victims were a 36-year-old woman, a boy and two girls, who appeared to be in their teens. They were not immediately identified.
The 34-year-old driver, jailed on suspicion of driving under the influence, was later released pending toxicology results. Police said she may have been taking prescription drugs.
