Murder Suspect’s Father Faces Extradition
John Michael Hollywood, the father of kidnapping-murder defendant Jesse James Hollywood, appeared in Superior Court on Friday for an extradition hearing involving a drug case against him in Arizona.
A commissioner ordered Hollywood, 50, of Sherman Oaks, to turn himself in to Pima County officials by April 13. John Hollywood posted $100,000 bail on fugitive charges.
His son was arrested in Brazil last week and is in Santa Barbara County Jail on suspicion of kidnapping, conspiracy and murder.
