A Reno man was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences for sexually assaulting and transmitting genital herpes to his 7-year-old daughter.
Washoe County District Judge Jerry Polaha sentenced Roberto Gonzales, 42. He will have to serve at least 40 years before he can be considered for parole.
