* Gap Inc. of San Francisco named Pamela Wallack executive vice president of its GapKids, BabyGap and Gap Maternity businesses. Wallack, 46, most recently was a senior vice president at Toys R Us Inc.

* Oracle Corp. of Redwood City, Calif., named Naomi Seligman, a senior partner at technology research company Ostriker von Simson Inc., to its board.

* In a move to return cash to shareholders and boost its stock price, Santa Clara, Calif.-based Intel Corp. said it would increase its quarterly dividend by 25% and buy back as much as $25 billion in common shares.
