* El Segundo-based Classic Party Rentals, which helps stage events such as Hollywood award shows and celebrity weddings, has acquired Aztec Tents & Events of Torrance. Terms were not disclosed. The combined companies have annual sales of more than $120 million, privately held Classic Party Rentals said.
* Vincor International Inc., Canada's largest winemaker, rejected an increased hostile takeover bid of $944 million from Constellation Brands Inc., saying the price "falls short."
