`Diversity in hair' awards, perhaps?

December 03, 2006|Elizabeth Snead

"Bones," "Criminal Minds" and "My Name is Earl" got the big TV awards at the Diversity Awards Nov. 19. "Miami Vice" director Michael Mann picked up a Visionary award while Michael Pena took Male Break-Out honors. 6. Actress Bai Ling was handed the Spirit award. Pena's "World Trade Center" co-star Maria Bello got best actress honors and a big laugh for: "It's great that they're finally recognizing blond Caucasian women as a diversity group."
