A body found in a Brentwood-area apartment was that of a paparazzo facing charges in an incident with actress Reese Witherspoon at a theme park, a coroner's spokesman said Thursday.
Toxicology tests to determine the cause of Todd Kevin Wallace's death could take eight weeks, Capt. Ed Winter said.
An Anaheim prosecutor ended the case against Wallace, 44.
An arrest warrant had been issued after he failed to appear in court in December on battery and child endangerment charges in connection with a birthday outing for Witherspoon's daughter and her friends.
