Hilton Security Officer Interviewed by Police
Police detectives Wednesday interviewed a security officer for the Hilton Los Angeles Airport hotel who has alleged he was injured in a scuffle with City Councilwoman Janice Hahn during a demonstration last week, his attorney said.
In addition to pressing his complaint with police, Amilcar Sanchez is also considering a civil lawsuit against Hahn.
Los Angeles Police Lt. Paul Vernon said that if a case is submitted to prosecutors, it may go to the county district attorney's office to avoid a conflict of interest, because Hahn is a client of the city attorney.
