Chimps don't draw Edward Albee, EDWARD ALBEE has written more than 30 plays, including "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" This essay is adapted and excerpted from the Evangeline Wilbour Blashfield Foundation Address, which Albee delivered at the induction and award ceremony of the American Academy of Arts and Letters this month. Albee was elected to the academy in 1966.
