An Israeli military court sentenced two members of the Palestinian group Hamas' armed wing to life imprisonment for killing eight Israelis in a series of attacks from 2001 to 2003, the army said.
Ofer Military Court sentenced Jaser Barghouthi to eight consecutive life sentences for the killing of eight Israelis. He received a ninth life sentence on other charges, including attempted murder, the court said.
