at Colorado State 28, Nevada Las Vegas 7: Caleb Hanie threw a touchdown pass and ran for another in the third quarter to lead the Rams (4-1, 1-0) over the Rebels (1-4, 0-1) in a Mountain West game at Fort Collins.

Wyoming 14, at New Mexico 10: Karsten Sween threw two second-half touchdown passes to rally the Cowboys (2-4, 1-1) over the Lobos (2-4, 0-2) in a Mountain West game at Albuquerque.
