Bonds watch leads to network shuffle
The networks carrying today’s semifinals at the Acura Classic tennis tournament have changed because ESPN2 is televising tonight’s San Francisco Giants-San Diego Padres game.
ESPN, instead of the Tennis Channel, will televise the 1 p.m. semifinal and the Tennis Channel will air the 7 p.m. semifinal. ESPN2 had been scheduled to carry the later semifinal.
Also, the horse racing scheduled for 2 p.m. on ESPN has been moved to ESPN Classic, with replays scheduled for 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday on ESPN2.
Adjustments were also made for the Legg Mason men’s tennis tournament at Washington. A decision on whether Sunday’s Giants-Padres game will be televised on ESPN2 is expected later.
