NASHVILLE -- Vince Young, who sat out the previous Tennessee-Houston matchup Rob Bironas won with an NFL-record eight field goals, threw for 248 yards and two touchdowns in rallying the Titans to a 28-20 victory, ending a three-game skid.
Titans end Antwan Odom knocked Matt Schaub (dislocated shoulder) out of the game with a sack in the first quarter.
The Texans (5-7) lost to the Titans (7-5) for the 10th time in 12 games.
Young guided the Titans 63 yards and found an open Roydell Williams on a 43-yard touchdown pass, putting them up, 14-10. It was the Titans' first lead since beating Carolina, 20-7, on Nov. 4.
