Kitaj obituary: The obituary of figurative painter R.B. Kitaj in the California section Oct. 24 did not list two surviving sisters, Karma Kitaj and Dr. Madeleine Kitaj. It also was stated that Kitaj's father abandoned the family. In fact, his mother left her husband.
Costume designer: An article in the Dec. 16 Image section about costume designer Deborah Nadoolman Landis said she is president of the Costume Designers Guild. Landis is a past president; Mary Rose is the current president.
Your Scene: A photograph in Sunday's Travel section showing a dog looking into a butcher's window in Gordes, France, said the town was in the Loire Valley. Gordes is in the Luberon Valley.
Hockey: An article in Sunday's Sports section on the Kings' game against the Predators in Nashville said the game was played at Nationwide Arena. The name of the arena in Nashville is Sommet Center.
Setzer's guitar: In Monday's Calendar section, a review of Brian Setzer's performance at the Gibson Amphitheatre said that Setzer's guitar was a Gibson. He was playing a Gretsch.
