S&P may boost Disney's rating

Walt Disney Co.'s debt rating may be raised by Standard & Poor's, which cited the company's "progress in strengthening credit measures."

Disney's debt was placed on CreditWatch with positive implications for a one-level upgrade. S&P currently rates Disney's long-term debt A-, its fourth-lowest investment-grade level.
