FRISCO, TEXAS — Christian Gimenez scored on a penalty kick in the 87th minute to help CF Pachuca tie FC Dallas, 1-1, Saturday night in the teams' second game of SuperLiga 2007 Group A play.

Dario Sala helped Dallas preserve a tie by making a diving two-handed save at the top of the goalie's box in the 91st minute on a shot by Andres Chitiva.

Dallas forward Carlos Ruiz scored the game's first goal in the 75th minute when he knocked a shot into the left corner of the net from inside the goalie's box. Bobby Rhine set up the goal by crossing a pass from the right flank, which grazed the fingertips of goalie Miguel Calero and bounced straight to Ruiz.
