Official: Castro nearly recovered

Fidel Castro has almost fully recovered from intestinal surgery that put his life at risk last year, National Assembly President Ricardo Alarcon told CNN. He gave no indication of when Castro might return to governing Cuba. Castro has not appeared in public for 10 months.
