No. 5 TENNESSEE vs. No. 4 VIRGINIA

* at Columbus, Ohio -- Two of the most prolific backcourts in the nation will square off in this one. Virginia guards J.R. Reynolds and Sean Singletary combined for 51 points, 10 assists and 13 rebounds in the first round against Albany; they made 18 of 28 shots from the field, including seven for 11 on three-pointers. Chris Lofton and JaJuan Smith of Tennessee were equally dominant against Long Beach State, combining for 49 points on 17-for-26 shooting, including eight for 14 on three-pointers.

No. 7 NEVADA vs. No. 2 MEMPHIS

* at New Orleans -- Memphis likes to ratchet up the pressure on defense to create one-on-one offensive opportunities, but the Tigers are a bit undersized, which could hurt against Nevada's Nick Fazekas, a 6-foot-11 center. Nevada hasn't played many pressure-defense teams, but when it did it averaged 19 turnovers against New Mexico and Nevada Las Vegas. The Wolf Pack will need to take care of the ball and play to its strengths -- Fazekas and outside shooting.
