The pitch: It's like Viagra, but all natural.

The reality: Unfortunately, several "dietary supplements" sold online to enhance sexual performance are all too much like Viagra. According to a warning issued by the Food and Drug Administration, Vigor-25, 4EVERON, Zimaxx and some others contain the active ingredient in prescription Viagra and other controlled drugs.

The problem: The prescription ingredients, not mentioned on the labels of the "natural" products, can have a dangerous interaction with drugs taken for diabetes, high blood pressure and other conditions.

The charges: This month, the president of the company distributing Vigor-25 was arrested in Farmingdale, N.Y., on charges of selling "adulterated or misbranded" drugs, according to Newsday. Officials estimated that the drug had generated as much as $24 million in sales for the company.
