MAKEOVER MUSCLE
It’s like “Pimp My Ride” – for the big boys (and girls). BBC America’s long-running “Top Gear” turns cars into top racing machines. Stars from all genres come to test them out in the “Star in the Reasonably Priced Car” segment. Climbing behind the wheel on the test track in the premiere is Dame Helen Mirren. Other Brits being featured this season include Simon Cowell and “Doctor Who” David Tennant. (BBC America, Mon., 8 p.m.)
