Good boy
GOOD BOY
What’s 25-feet-tall, red all over and doesn’t bark or bite? Why, Clifford the Big Red Dog, of course! The lovable canine star of books and TV (or a reasonable, 9-foot-tall facsimile of him, at least) visits the Discovery Science Center for an exhibit stressing the importance of such qualities as honesty, kindness and responsibility. Interactive adventures include working together – and with a conveyor belt – to fill Clifford’s big dog bowl with bones, conducting a treasure hunt at T-Bone’s Beach and sliding down Clifford’s tail. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, through May 4, 2500 N. Main St., Santa Ana. $12.95 adults, $9.95 children 3-17, children 2 and younger free. (714) 542-2823; www.discoverycube.org
