‘Rumors’: Party foul
PARTY FOUL
When you go to a party celebrating the 10th anniversary of a couple and you find that the wife is missing and the husband – who happens to be the deputy major of New York City – has a gunshot wound to his ear, you’re either at the worst anniversary party ever or you’re a cast member of Neil Simon’s “Rumors” – now playing at Fullerton’s STAGEStheatre. “It’s a really intelligent comedy that’s a little bit racier than most Neil Simon plays,” says Mo Arii of this fast-paced farce. 8 p.m. Fri.-Sat. (9 p.m. Feb. 23), Sun. 6 p.m. (no show Feb. 3), Ends Feb. 24. $15-$18. (714) 525-4484; www.stagesoc.org
