The jury hung on the charges related to a fifth victim who was 13 at the time of the molestation and sister to one of the four women whom Pham was convicted of assaulting, according to a district attorney's office report. The women, whose were 13 to 23 at the time, were assaulted on several occasions from 2003 to 2005 under the pretense that Pham was performing routine chiropractic treatments.
