Your story in Friday's paper that the Clippers may be rebuilding is wrong. They are rebuilding. They have been rebuilding for virtually every year they've been in L.A. Come on, one playoff appearance in 10 years, another 50-loss season and a perpetual seat at the draft lottery are all signs that they're in a constant state of rebuilding, if not downright pathetic. The fact that the Lakers are flying high again only makes the Clippers look worse, but whose idea was it anyhow that the Clippers should share Staples Center with the Lakers? The Clippers are the equivalent of a JV team while the Lakers are the varsity.
