A man linked to nearly 100 cases of indecent exposure around Orange County pleaded not guilty Monday, authorities said.
Christopher Holden Fenn, 45, of Mission Viejo, was arrested Feb. 2 on suspicion of standing naked in front of a Tustin woman's apartment. He was arraigned on two felony counts in that case, released on $200,000 bail and ordered to wear a tracking device.
